Through the Lean Canvas you will validate at least two of your customer segments through primary research techniques. By validating your customer’s needs and wants and the problems they are having in purchasing this type of service, you will discover if your offering ranks high in their buying patterns. You will develop effective interview guidelines to facilitate accurate surveys and solutions to set the stage for your service offering. The key is to get feedback in the early development stages of your business so if you need to change or alter anything you can do this early on without losing any customers or money in the business. It is totally rewarding to commit to helping your patients excel in matters relating to their health.
